The Cartier Happy Birthday Cabochon Top-Handle Handbag is a distinctive example of the Maison’s leather goods from the 2000s, combining the celebrated Happy Birthday collection’s repeated Double C motif with an architectural silhouette and jewellery-inspired detailing. Crafted in a sophisticated blue-grey leather, the exterior is embossed throughout with Cartier’s interlocking Double C emblem in varying proportions, creating a subtle tonal pattern that gives the bag a particularly refined and understated character.

The structured handbag is defined by its broad folding flap, twin leather handles and elegant horizontal leather-covered bar, accented with gold-tone fittings and a red cabochon detail. Two slim leather straps run vertically across the body, one finished with a suspended gold-tone Double C medallion, while contrasting stitching gives further definition to the construction.
