We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted if authenticity or condition of a piece does not match the description.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees applied. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

At Wadi Bodega, every piece is carefully authenticated and described with precision. Because our inventory consists of rare items, we apply a strict but fair returns and credit policy:

1. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if an item is proven to be misdescribed in authenticity condition.

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.

2. Store Credit (“Wadi Balance”)

  • For all other approved returns, customers will receive store credit instead of a cash refund.

  • Store credit is automatically added to your Wadi Bodega account and can be used on any future purchase.

  • Store credit never expires and is visible at checkout.

3. Eligibility & Condition

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery through your customer account.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, and if sold as a full-set, must include all original packaging and documentation.

This policy ensures fairness to our collectors while protecting the integrity of our inventory.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
